The MS Recovery Diet

Eye Witness Story

I have known my friend Ann Sawyer for 23 years. She is an adventurer, energetic, creative and loving. She always has a project. She's interested in learning whatever she can about the people and things that surround her. She is one of the people you would describe as having a "zest for living". So, when she was diagnosed with MS, I felt devastated for her. I knew that the debilitating symptoms that can accompany this horrible disease would literally be a death sentence for Ann's spirit. Afterall, Ann is about LIVING!

I should not have been surprised that Ann would take on the road to MS recovery as her new challenge. I have watched her LIVE even more. Ann was not always the physically fit, svelte lady that she is today. Naturally, Ann has again taken a negative and turned it into a positive. She started her investigation enthusiastically and ran with her findings. She changed the way she ate. The MS Diet worked! She started losing the numbness in her feet and legs. She started to lose weight and now she's a trim beauty that swims, bikes, hikes, dances becasue even with MS she has become the healthiest person I know. Who would have thought a tragic diagnosis could have such positive benefits to one's life?

Read this book! Whether you are healthy, fit, overweight, diagnosed with MS or any other disease, you will find a benefit beyond your hopes. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to know that my friend will be around for me to know for a very long time.

Upward spiral

During the many, many years of loving friendship we sadly witnessed Judi's seemingly inexorable downward spiral. Recently we have joyfully witnessed her gradual upward spiral. We've all been on an emotional roller coaster over the years as she tried one approach after another, bee stings, healings, Lakota ceremonies, multiple medications, physical therapies, oxygen tank therapies, and on and on. You name it. She tried it. She would seem to make a dramatic improvement after some of these approaches, only to relapse on the downward spiral again. As her physical life became more and more restricted her indomitable spirit prevailed and she kept on keeping on. Now after discovering this MS Recovery Diet it is different. She is steadily, gradually increasing in her energy, stamina, physical and mental capacity, and feeling sensation. To our great joy her life is less restricted and more expansive every day. Halleluja! Len and Ellen.

Amazing Grace, Amazing Results

This diet is amazing! Having witnessed my valiant friend Judi and her odyssey with MS for over twenty years, to see her now after being on this diet, definitely borders on the miraculous. Judi's indomitable spirit has kept her afloat through many years of being severely compromised and at times almost completely bedridden. She tried many different modalities from allopathic medicine to homeopathic medicine and much in between, sometimes with small improvements, but none very long lasting.
This is the first time she has consistently felt better and she keeps on improving all the time. Her vibrancy which I remember well, is very much back again! And now, in her inimitably inspired and knowledgeable way, accompanied by her new found energy, she is sharing all of this with others. What a blessing!

Return to Health

Judi and I have been friends for over thirty-two years. Back then, she was a talented member of our community's dance company, as well as a fine musician and composer of inspiring songs, which she performed with great exuberance.

A number of years passed, and I moved across the country. Aside from a couple of brief visits, we were apart for twenty years until four years ago, when I moved back to live near Judi again. I was shocked and saddened to see how debilitated from the MS she had become. It was obvious how much she struggled to walk, and how difficult it was for her even to sit up. She seemed fatigued and mentally distracted. Every year her condition worsened.

Judi was extremely diligent in her search for any venue that would help relieve the terrible effects of the disease: neuropathic specialists, medications--both allopathic and naturapathic, special exercises, and expensive equipment. It appeared that none of it made much of a difference--until she began the MS Recovery Diet.

The physical changes alone were obvious to me, even after a few months on the diet. Her previous energy, both physically and mentally, was returning. I saw her recently and was amazed and delighted to see the return of my dear and exuberant friend--Judi was back!

Judi danced at our son's wedding!

It is with great pleasure that I share the story of Judi Bachrach dancing at our son, Josh's, wedding in July. Judi is my sister-in-law and we have known each other for nearly forty years. When we met she was pursuing a career in dance and loved music and had enormous energy.

Judi's life was changed as MS took its toll. She worked hard at not letting the disease bring her down. She sought out conventional and unconventional treatments. I admired her grit in accepting the challenges she faced when her MS progressed. I knew how hard things were becoming for her.
