Just wanted to wish everyone who reads or posts on this sight a very merry christmas and all the best for 2009. Hope we have many recovery stories to come, and just a reminder to keep focused over the festive season, especially with all the temptations!!!!!

hi sarah and everyone out there , i wish you all a merry christmas , this is probably the hardest time of the year for those on the diet , myself included , just remeber sometimes its four steps forward and 3 steps back , stasy strong and if you slip up on your diet just remeber when your having spasmsor reaction to your holiday feast this is why your taking the diet .
